Tammy Ford Founders Award for Leadership Excellence

The Award criteria states that all GVFHRA volunteer leaders who have served in the capacity as President and continue to serve the Chapter in an ongoing leadership role with superior governance, excellence, and contributions overtime and are in good standing, including but not limited to Human Resource Management professionals, vendors and consultants are eligible. Peers from the President’s Circle can select another peer based on solidly demonstrating remarkable leadership excellence and outstanding contributions to the overall impact of GVFHRA. This is a way to give a distinction to Presidents who have proven leadership achievements and contributions over a period of time.  In addition, as a Founder’s Award recipient they will also receive a Life-time membership to GVFHRA.
