SHRM Greater Valley Forge is a non-profit, individual membership association for human resource management professionals.

The chapter provides leadership, motivation, and education through chapter activities and affiliation with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) to equip our members for their roles as leaders and decision-makers within their organizations.

Ethics Statement

Each member shall honor, respect and support the purpose of this Corporation and that of SHRM, the national chapter with which this Corporation is affiliated. The SHRM Code of Ethics, by which this Corporation is bound, is linked below. The exchange of ideas, information, and the discussion of problems shall be viewed as privileged communications or confidential information and not be regarded as any reflection of the official attitude or opinion of any member’s employer. The Corporation shall not be represented as advocating or endorsing any issue unless approved by the Executive Board. No member will actively solicit business from any member either at meetings or through the use of information provided to him/her as a member of the Corporation without the approval of the Board.
