A strategic, people-centered approach to leadership, culture, and performance in the age of AI.
As artificial intelligence, automation, and digital tools continue to reshape the workplace, organizations are navigating how to embrace innovation while maintaining trust, connection, and strong organizational culture. This Summit will explore how leaders can balance technology with empathy, performance with purpose, and innovation with meaningful human connection.
We are seeking session proposals that align with this theme and offer practical, real-world insights for HR leaders and people professionals. Topics may address leadership, talent acquisition, engagement, technology, retention, total rewards and risk and compliance.
The full Request for Proposal provides additional details on session formats, submission guidelines, and includes a direct Microsoft Forms link for proposal submission. Each individual or organization may submit a maximum of two proposals.
RFP submissions are due by April 1, 2026.
