What Coronavirus Teaches Us About Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, and our Response
8:00 Program Starts

Approved for 1.25 SHRM PDC's and 1.25 HRCI Business Credits.

This session is an interactive panel discussion, featuring two extremely knowledgeable; seasoned and remarkable Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Leaders, and a dynamic moderator.  The session will provide key strategies and insights on how we as Human Resource professionals and organizations can responsibly respond to the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity; amidst a global pandemic and thrive.  This session will be power packed, and one you do not want to miss.
The issues are complex, but individuals and companies can embrace the pandemic’s opportunities for learning—and can improve their approaches.  The pandemic continues to provide a significant opportunity to increase our awareness about diversity, and to expand our capacity for empathy and compassion toward members of our whole community. This is important for us as individuals, but also for a company’s overall results. Whether you’re an individual who wants to be a better ally or an organization challenged with ensuring you tap into the best talent, you can engage, by including  those who are different than yourself, build trust, expand the way you accommodate work and support people holistically.  We will get through the pandemic together as we take the right steps, we can have a powerfully positive impact on a future which includes more diversity, equity and inclusion.
