Employers today are obliterating HR siloes—talent acquisition, talent management, and HR—for a seamless and holistic talent experience for candidates, recruiters, employees, and management. But it’s a lofty feat without the right methods. Machine learning and artificial intelligence is taking its rightful place to evolve HR into a revenue generating powerhouse.
