V.               Discussion based on dynamics of who is in the session:

·        What is perplexing you?

·        Let’s assess from internal recruitment and external Search Firm perspective.  Where / how can you improve chances?

VI.              Review CCI’s online career portal. How to capitalize on assets within the portal for your campaign.
