The Recruiting and Retention Committee Presents- Accelerating Results by Aligning Company

Approved for 1.25 General (HRCI) Credits and SHRM PDC's

We believe that, at the heart of every successful group, team, or company, there exists a positive Role Model (we call this a Role Target) that personifies its Best Self, living its best day at work. We’ll present the results of our research on this subject, explain the model we use to represent an organization’s ideal Role Target, and provide exercises that attendees can use to align their companies’ own Brand and Culture.

  • We’ll be presenting an innovative new way to measure and map “Brand” and “Culture.”
  • We’ll be presenting simple exercises that measurably improve employee engagement.
  • We’ll be explaining practical tactics that organizations can use to improve improve business outcomes.
