Leadership is about influence! Let's be honest, the people who have the most influence in an organization are those in the middle. The next time you feel helpless, it is time for a new perspective! Join us for this engaging session on practical ways you can influence your leaders, peers, employees, and others in your organization without being at the top. Remember, you don't need to be in charge to influence others
