Reports estimate that over 90% of all breaches are due to phishing scams or user error that could have easily been prevented if the user knew ahead of time what to look out for and how to remain “clean”. In 2017 alone, cybersecurity and breaches costed small and medium-sized businesses an average of $1,117,509. Most small and medium-sized businesses do not budget for cybersecurity until it is too late.

Many attackers will use 3rd party providers to infiltrate their actual target, leaving you & all of your partners vulnerable to attacks. Internal employees are always the number #1 attack vector for hackers to gain access to a company and always have the possibility of becoming an Insider Threat.
Sabre Systems provides end-to-end, comprehensive cyber security solutions leveraging legacy expertise with the Department of Defense “Defense-in-Depth” strategies. CCI Consulting provides full lifecycle HR Consulting / Human Capital Management Consulting services.  Sabre and CCI partner in the examination and discussion of Cyber and data security points of risk that exist today throughout standard HR functional processes.

Anyone leading any aspect of the Human Resources function(s) needs to become educated as to the full range of inherent risks to be managed.  In today’s environment where data and cyber security is a universal top priority across companies of all sizes and sectors; our GVFHRA members and guests will walk away with improved understanding of the threats, points of risks, steps they can take and what needs to be elevated to internal data & systems experts to be addressed.
