How to Keep Your Network Alive

Networking is such an important skill to use when managing your career transition as well as your career.  In this interactive presentation, you will identify opportunities to improve your networking skills, learn tips and tools for group and individual networking, and discover ways to stay in touch with your network.  Once you develop your network, you want to keep it alive!

The Presenter:

Amy Dinning is a Senior Learning and Talent Development Leader with extensive experience working with all organizational levels setting strategy, creating, promoting, and delivering learning, leadership and talent development solutions designed to support the organizationís business plan and goals.  She possesses impactful leadership, influencing, facilitation and innovation skills essential to motivating others.  Amy is passionate about creating an interactive and engaging environment that supports learning and growth.  Amy is the Global Learning & Development Manager at ARRIS in Horsham, PA. 

Amy enjoys serving in leadership positions.  She is the co-lead of the Association for Talent Development Leadership & Organizational Development SIG.  She serves as a Board Member and Programming Manager for My Career Transitions.  She is the creator and chief facilitator of a workshop she created, Jump Start Your Job Search, which is offered twice/year for the unemployed and underemployed.  She also speaks to various professional associations and networking groups on a variety of topics.
